Terms of the Service
Terms of the Service:
1. Onlearning class website is an e-commerce platform where students can book Spanish and English language services online. These language services are:
a) 1:1 Virtual Private Tutoring for kids, adolescents, and adults.
b) After School Program (maximum of 10 students, only English lessons).
2. All language services are only available as PREPAID options.
3. OnLearning class asks students to book language services in advance to guarantee teacher’s availability. It means clients MUST book lessons or after-school program tuition at least 24 hr. in advance of the session’s date. If a student books a session within 24 hr. we DO NOT guarantee the teacher’s availability for the student’s desired date.
4. OnLearning will provide the language service booked in a timely and professional manner assigning the student a certified Spanish or English teacher. The teacher and student will arrange a time for the lessons.
5. The lessons are held online as live lessons, 1:1 for adults through Zoom.
6. Credit is valid for 1 month after the purchase, except when booking same-day lesson/tutoring. In this case, it MUST be used the same or the next business day. No exceptions!
7. OnLearning class’s Reschedule Policy: 48 hr. in advance. Otherwise, the credit for the session is lost.

10. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Non-Refundable and Non-Transferible Credit.
11. OnLearning class reserves the right, in our sole discretion, to change our Terms of Service at any time, and refrain to provide service to any client for any reason. If you continue using our Services it means that you comply with this policy and accept any future changes.
This agreement will be governed by the laws of the state of Alabama, USA.
We Guarantee:
1. Our native speakers, certified, and experienced teachers will teach you Spanish and English in a stress-free atmosphere.
2. They will use the communicative approaches so you can use Spanish or English from day one in your daily live. They will also provide a variety of materials like worksheets, bilingual dictionaries, and online resources per session.
3. Our Spanish and English teachers will ask you to complete academic activities, exercises in class and/or outside the class. All activities will be evaluated and oral/written feedback will be given.
4. Teachers will encourage you to practice reading, writing, listening, and speaking in Spanish with native and non-native speakers systematically.
